pagsun.com is run by Pagsun Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202650689H, “Pagsun”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to your use of this website. By using it, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The information on this site
Everything on this site, including our articles, case studies and descriptions of our services, is general information. It isn't professional, technical, legal or financial advice for your situation, and you shouldn't rely on it as such. Advice for your business comes only from working with us directly.
Our case studies keep client names and identifying details private. The results in them depended on each client's circumstances, and your results may differ.
We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we can't promise that everything on it is complete, current or free of errors. Our services, products and prices may change, and nothing on the site is an offer that you can accept to form a contract.
Consultations and questionnaires
Requesting a consultation, or having one, doesn't create a contract or commit you or us to any work. We may decline a request. Any work we do for you will be under a separate written agreement, and if that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
If we send you a link to a questionnaire, it is meant only for you and the people at your organisation who are helping to answer it. Please keep it to yourselves. By answering, you confirm that the information you give is accurate as far as you know, and that you're entitled to share it with us. We treat your answers as confidential and use them only to understand and scope your project.
Who owns the content
The content of this site, including its text, graphics, logos, design and code, belongs to Pagsun or the people who licensed it to us. The Pagsun name and logos, and the names of our products, are our trade marks.
You're welcome to view the site, print or save pages for your own reference or your organisation's internal use, and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, sell or adapt our content, or systematically collect it (for example by scraping), without our written permission.
Using the site responsibly
When you use this site, please don't:
- use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- send false information, spam, or someone else's details without their permission through our forms;
- try to get unauthorised access to the site, its systems or its data, or interfere with how it works, for example with malicious code or by overloading it;
- pretend to be someone else, or to be connected with Pagsun when you're not.
We may block access to the site, or ignore form submissions, where we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.
Other websites
The site links to other websites, such as our LinkedIn page. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data. Our products, Pagsun Ai, Pagsun Green and Pagsun Orbit, are separate websites with their own terms.
Availability
We provide the site as it is and as available. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time, and we can't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of viruses or other harmful code. Please use your own security software.
Our liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, your inability to use it, or your reliance on anything on it. This includes loss of profit, business, data or opportunity, and any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit or exclude, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated terms apply from the date shown at the top of this page, so please check it when you use the site.
General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. Only you and Pagsun have rights under these terms; no one else can enforce them, including under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them or this site.
