Pagsun (“we”, “us”) runs pagsun.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you request a consultation. The booking form asks for:
- your name, work email and mobile number;
- your business name, company size and business address (street, city, state or region if you give one, postal code and country);
- the topics you choose for your consultation, and anything you write in the notes or describe as your own challenge.
We save your details as you go. When you press Continue on the first and second steps of the form, we save what you have entered so far, so your request isn't lost if you stop part-way. This means we may hold those details even if you never send the final request.
Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard technical details, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. When you use the form, an automated check runs in your browser to tell people apart from spam bots.
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
What is stored in your browser
- Your theme choice (light, dark or system), in your browser's local storage, until you clear it.
- Your consultation agenda, the topics you add while browsing, in session storage. It is cleared when you close the tab, and reaches us only if you send a consultation request.
How we use it
- to reply to your consultation request and arrange the consultation;
- to prepare for the conversation, using the topics and notes you gave us;
- to follow up with you about that request;
- to keep the site secure and keep spam out of the form.
We don't sell your data, and we don't add you to a mailing list or use your details for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the site for us, and only to do that: our hosting provider, which also provides the spam check, and our database provider, which stores your form details. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
These providers may store or process data in other countries. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards they put in place for international transfers.
Our products, Pagsun AI Employee and Pagsun Green, are separate websites and may have their own privacy notices.
How long we keep it
If you don't become a client, we delete your details within 12 months of our last contact with you. This includes details saved from a form you didn't finish. If you become a client, we keep them for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as the law requires.
How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit between your browser and our services, and access to it is limited to the people at Pagsun who need it to respond to you.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
- delete your data;
- stop using your data, or withdraw a consent you gave us.
Email consult@pagsun.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
