How much does it cost?
The first consultation is free. The assessment is paid, and its price depends on whether we do it remotely or at your site. After that, one monthly fee covers running your IT, based on your company's size and how much of it we take on, whether fully managed or co-managed. Custom apps and AI agents are a one-off build cost, and running them is included.
What does the monthly fee cover?
With fully managed IT, all of it: devices, network, cloud, security, data, software, and the vendors behind them. With co-managed IT, the jobs you hand over to us. Either way, who does what is written down from the start, so you always know what we look after.
Are we locked into a long contract?
No. You choose the term that suits you: quarterly, half-yearly or annually.
How quickly do you respond when something breaks?
Our standard SLA, included for every client, ranges from on-demand help to a one-business-day turnaround, depending on the issue and how urgent it is. If you need faster guaranteed response times and an escalation matrix, we offer an enhanced SLA at additional cost.
Who will we actually work with?
Your CTO and Forward Deployed Engineer, directly. No account managers or ticket queues in between, so the people who plan your IT are the ones you talk to.
Do you work on site or remotely?
Both, at every stage. We plan, build and run your IT on site, remotely, or a mix of the two, whatever suits your business.
Do you look after our phones, CCTV and attendance machines?
Yes, we manage them: keeping them connected to your network, setting up users and remote viewing, and dealing with the vendor when something goes wrong. Installation and hardware repairs stay with the vendor who installed them, and we work with them on your behalf, so you don't have to chase anyone. Fingerprint and face records from attendance machines are sensitive, so we control who can see them and where they're stored.
Can we hire you for just one project, like an app or AI?
Yes. You can bring us in for a single project, such as a custom app or an AI agent. If you'd like us to run it afterwards, that's covered by a monthly fee.
Can you rescue a project another vendor left half-done?
Yes. We take over apps and systems you already have, even AI-built ones. We check what's there, tell you honestly whether to fix it or rebuild it, and then finish it.
We already have an IT person. Do we need to replace them?
No. With co-managed IT, you decide the split: they keep the jobs they're best at, we take the rest, and your CTO plans it all. Who does what is written down, so nothing falls between you. We also document what they know, so your business no longer depends on one person.
What happens when someone leaves our company?
We close their accounts, email and access, and recover or wipe their devices, following a written offboarding checklist, so nobody keeps access after they've gone.
What if we're hit by a cyberattack or lose data?
We set up the protection first: access control, multi-factor login and tested backups. If something does happen, we restore your systems from backups and work with your insurer, and with a licensed security partner where needed.
How long does the assessment take?
About 8 hours of work, done within a week, depending on your team's availability. You get a written roadmap of what to keep, what to fix, and in what order.
What happens when we outgrow you?
At that size you may want your own IT department. We plan for that from the start and hand over everything documented, so your new team starts with a working setup, not a mystery.
Do you offer penetration testing or SOC monitoring?
No. Penetration testing and 24/7 security monitoring (SOC) are specialist licensed services we don't provide. If you need them, we'll introduce you to a licensed partner.
